We use a holistic person centered approach to provide Individual Therapy and Group Therapy for specific issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions,trauma, grief and general coping.
Coaching
Our coaching programs help you gain the clarity and confidence you need to become your authentic self.
Workshops
We provide training and workshops to equip your employees. Topics include Stress Management, Emotional Regulation, Conflict Resolution, Workplace wellness and Change Management.
Therapy is the opportunity to bring about the changes we want to see in our lives and grow into authentic versions of ourselves.
My role is to create a safe environment and empower the client to facilitate those changes. I view each client as the expert of their own experiences and I work collaboratively with clients to safely work through anxiety, life transitions, grief, depression, overwhelm, uncertainty and/or a lack of meaning and purpose.
